Ojai Avenue was such a treat to stage! The modest house sat on a huge lot complete with adorable barn that needed our love and attention to appeal to buyers. We painted and repaired flooring in the barn and revamped it as a school/craft room, bringing in lots of color and fun art accessories to give this bonus space another life. We couldn’t stop there and even staged the unique pulley system they had in place. Inside the house, we made the tight spaces feel more open with strategic seating and wall art placement.
